Cargo Travel Agency provides car rental services subject to availability and acceptance of booking. By using our services, you confirm that all information provided by you is accurate and complete.

2. Eligibility

  • The renter must be at least 20 years old (or as per local legal requirements).
  • A valid Driving License is mandatory.
  • Valid ID proof must be submitted at the time of booking.

3. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to confirmation.
  • Customers must make payment through available methods such as UPI, GPay, PhonePe, or other accepted options.
  • Advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made before the scheduled trip time.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of cancellation.

5. Vehicle Usage

  • The vehicle must be used only for lawful purposes.
  • Subleasing or unauthorized use of the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
  • The renter is responsible for the vehicle during the rental period.

6. Fuel Policy

  • Vehicles will be provided with a certain fuel level and must be returned with the same level.
  • Any fuel shortage will be charged accordingly.

7. Damage & Liability

  • The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle during the rental period.
  • Charges will apply for repairs or replacement if the vehicle is returned in a damaged condition.
  • Cargo Travel Agency is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle.

8. Late Return

  • Late returns may attract additional charges.
  • Customers are requested to inform in advance in case of delay.

9. Service Availability

  • We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but we are not liable for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or mechanical issues.

10. Privacy

  • Customer information is kept confidential and used only for booking and service purposes.

11. Changes to Terms

Cargo Travel Agency reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
